The process of consideration of inquiry
Customers must indicate their name, surname, contact information (including address), and state the purpose in their inquiry. If you do not specify a name, surname and address, then the inquiry is considered to be anonymous. Anonymous inquiries are not considered by the Bank. The Bank should respond to the inquiries which are not anonymous.
All requests received by the Bank are recorded in the registration book. Customer at the first request may obtain information about the registration number and date of receipt of the inquiry.

Terms of consideration of inquiries
Customers' inquiries should be considered by credit organizations during 15 working days. If the bank needs more time then this period may be extended up to 30 working days. In this case, the customer is provided with an information on the reasons for the delay, the next steps and the deadline for consideration of the inquiry. If the investigation is required to provide additional documentation, the customer is informed about it and about deadline to submit the required documents.
Inquiries received from the Central Bank should be considered within 7 working days. If the Central Bank is required to inform the customer then the consideration of inquiries should be made by the above-mentioned sequence.
In case of disagreement with the answer
In case of disagreement with the Bank's response the customer may apply to the Central Bank or the appropriate judicial authorities.
