1. Concierge service - definitely available in all 5 star hotels. To use the service, you must contact the relevant employee of the hotel.
- Main conditions: If the customer pays for the hotel with this card, then Black Edition concierge service is available for them. If the payment was made by other means (cash or other card), the card can not be used in the concierge service.
- Black Edition Concierge service is followings: MasterCard Concierge provides information and advice on business and other types of travel, including city guides, business etiquette in foreign countries, passport and visa requirements, weather forecasts, etc. Mastercard Concierge also advises on the dates of tours, entertainment and sports events, as well as restaurants in various cities around the world. The customer applies to the hotel's concierge service, and as the owner of the Black Edition card, the hotel staff assists him in these matters.
2. Travel Insurance- To use the following, the cardholder must make all payments through the MasterCard World Black Edition card. Please review the insurance payout table for more information on insurance coverage and insurance conditions. Travel insurance includes:
- Deferred flight/cancellation of the flight (up to €375)
- Late baggage, after 4 hours, maximum up to 12 hours (until €375)
- Emergency medical expenses (up to €115.000)- sudden health problems (illness while traveling)
- Accident during the journey (up to €374.500)- damage to health as a result of the incident
- Personal Accident abroad (up to €18.750)- customer accident, etc.
- Storage of Purchased property (if the item was purchased with this card)
3. Emergency Services - By calling us within 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, you can use the following types of support:
- Lost or stolen cards: You can cancel the card by calling the MasterCard Global Service Hotline
- Emergency card replacement: In case of loss or theft of the card, you can use our Emergency card replacement service. The replaced card will be given to you within two days, even if you are abroad
- Urgent stock of cash: Even if the card is not with you, you can use the stock of cash through departments of Western Union. For example: card is not on the customer and urgently needs $ 10,000, in this case the customer calls Mastercard Global Service and states the amount of money he/she request. The Mastercard (if the card has the same amount on its balance) transfers the money to the person's name via Western Union and states the code. The customer receives money by approaching any WU point (bank).
4. Other advantages - Discounts in the hotel chain.

Also receive various discounts from the Avis and Hertz car rental program. To get the advantage of this service, the cardholder must register on the website of the Avis and Hertz and become a member.
5. VIP waiting hall (service) of the airport
• Main condition: It is enough to show the card to use the service.
• The cardholder can spend time at the airport in any VIP waiting room with the Priority Pass service only by showing the card. In this case, a service fee of 30 Euro will be charged.
• This service does not depend on flight class (economy or business class)
• In addition, you will receive free admission and special discounts to special Mastercard business salons at the airports in St. Petersburg, Moscow (paid service in both cities), Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, Kiev, Tbilisi and Batumi.
