Clients of TuranBank can make repayment on loans or credit card debts and deposit funds into their debit cards accounts using eManat terminals. To pay for the loan the Bank's clients need to enter their customer numbers.

 

In order to repay loans of TuranBank you need to follow the steps listed below:

 

  • Select the category Banks;
  • After this section, select TuranBank;
  • Then select TuranBank loans;
  • Enter a client number and click Next
  • Choose a loan to pay;
  • Confirm the accuracy of the information entered
  • As you see the inscription Enter the bills, enter notes and click Paying 
  • After completion of the operation a terminal will print a check, which you should keep.

 

In order to deposit funds into debit or credit cards account you need to follow the steps listed below:

  • Select the category Banks;
  • After this section, select TuranBank;
  • Then select TuranBank debit or credit cards;
  • Enter 13 digit customer number and click Next
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the debit or credit card;
  • Confirm the accuracy of the information entered
  • As you see the inscription Enter the bills, enter notes and click Paying 
  • After completion of the operation a terminal will print a check, which you should keep.
