Directions of financing of Agricultural Development Projects and Programs by Agrarian Credit and Development Agency:

  •  Financing projects regarding improvement of processes of sales and production,processing, storage of agricultural products;
  •  Financing innovative projects regarding agrarian development of regions;
  •  Financing projects regarding improvement of supply of agricultural equipment,as well as their discount sale and leasing;
  •  Financing projects in the sphere of development of livestock farms using public-privatepartnerships;
  • Financing pilot projects of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
 

 
Rules of Financing from Entrepreneurship Development Fund of Azerbaijan Republic
 
Areas of financing at the expense of SIF funds:
 
  • support for startup projects;
  • creation of agro-parks;
  • creation of meat and dairy cattle complexes;
  • establishment of logistics (storage, transportation and sale of food and non-food products) and green market (farm shops) centers;
  • establishment of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises (including small and medium-sized ones) meeting modern requirements;
  • establishment of meat cutting, meat and dairy processing enterprises (including small and medium-sized);
  • development of poultry (creation of deep processing areas in poultry);
  • establishment of mixed fodder production enterprises;
  • creation of modern greenhouse complexes;
  • establishment of intensive horticulture (grape, apple, pomegranate, olive, almond, etc.) and seedling farms;
  • establishment of technical crop and fruit production and processing enterprises;
  • establishment of modern bakery enterprises;
  • establishment of modern irrigation systems and enterprises for the production of construction materials;
  • development of information technologies and tourism (development of infrastructure along tourist routes, reducing seasonality, as well as support for rural tourism projects);
  • establishment of enterprises in other fields (light, chemical, mechanical engineering, food, etc.);
  • establishment of enterprises for production and processing of import-substituting food and non-food products;
  • development of small business (including youth, women, the disabled and IDPs).
