Alkam our veterans and families of martyrs who wrote a true heroic dastan epic in the protection of our territorial integrity and liberation of our lands from enemy occupation are always in the center of attention and care.

TuranBank is also actively involved in initiatives to meet the social protection and needs of family members and veterans of our martyrs. Adhering to this tradition, on the eve of Novruz, our bank, together with the "keep alive" Foundation, distributed holiday gifts to families of martyrs and veterans.

Boxes of holiday gifts made with the financial support of the bank were presented to families of martyrs and veterans who were seriously injured in bed conditions in medical institutions. 

The purpose of this project, implemented by the" YAŞAT " Foundation, is to keep the people of the relevant category in the center of attention, including on the eve of Novruz holiday, and to cover them with social care.

It should be noted that TuranBank, committed to the values of patriotism and social responsibility, will continue to support the social security of the injured and the families of martyrs in connection with the protection of our territorial integrity.

It should be noted that our bank has previously transferred AZN 100,000 (one hundred thousand) to the Survival Fund established to support the victims and families of martyrs in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On the occasion of the International Children's Day, TuranBank Umid Yeri is holding a drawing competition "Let's protect children" among the young residents of the orphanage. All residents of the shelter will be able to participate in the competition, which has no age limit. The winner of the competition, which will be held from May 21 to 31, will be announced on June 1. TuranBank continues to support young people!

TuranBank successfully continues the project "Support for Young People", which provides young graduates with a wide range of opportunities for work experience and knowledge in this area, which is very important at the beginning of their careers. Trainings for the next group of the project organized to train new employees have been completed.
 
It should be noted that during the 5-day training, the participants were trained by the heads of departments and divisions at the head office of the bank. The training provided theoretical information on topics such as conducting the work process visually, the basics of one-stop sales channels, tools and principles, the organization of work in branches.
 
Eleven of the 13 trainers who completed the training in the group had the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills during a 2-month targeted internship.
 
It should be noted that as a successful result of the project, 48 out of 115 interns who have participated in the training so far have been provided with jobs at TuranBank.

TuranBank has conducted another charity event within the its Corporate Social Responsibility policy. Following the tradition, this year TuranBank went to one of the orphanages in the Baku city on the eve International Children's Day. In connection with the International Children's Day, the staff of the bank visited the young residents of the "Umid" orphanage and congratulated them on the holiday by presenting them with various gifts and presents.
Based on the request of the shelter management, an agreement was reached to provide professional psychological services to meet the needs of children for psychological assistance, and TuranBank provided financial support for this work.

On May 13-15, 2019, at the initiative of the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA) and the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, an interbank chess tournament dedicated to the 96th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held.
 
About 70 representatives from 22 credit organizations took part in the competition, which is being held for the 4th time and attracts great interest every year. According to the results of the competition, TuranBank took the 3rd place in the individual team championship, and TuranBank's employee Ruslan Aliyarov took the 2nd place in the personal account.

TuranBank has successfully completed its next project under the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy. Thus, on May 2, the Bank held an intra-bank chess tournament with the participation of employees of the head office and branches. Binagadi branch, Akhundov Mehdi, specialist assistant of the Consumer Loans Department, Aliyarov Ruslan, chief specialist of the Consumer Loans Department of the Khachmaz branch, and Tovuz branch, Abdullayev Rovshan, head of the Business Loans Department, took the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, respectively.
